The UDB series of 2D wire forming machines are designed specifically for the fully automatic manufacture of "U" forms and simple wire frames. The machine takes wire direct from coil and automatically feeds into a pre-form station, whilst the previous wire is being formed. The wire is then fed into the forming head and formed into the required shape / frame. On completion of the forming cycle the part is ejected onto a pair of un-load rails.

The series of T / Spot welding machines are designed for the automatic T / Spot welding of cross wires (bracewires) into frames used for appliance shelving and air conditioning units. The machine takes a butt welded frame from a magazine and automatically transfers it into the welding station. Where upon the required number of cross wires are fed direct from coil and automatically welded into position, with the frame being indexed automatically between welds. With up to 4 cross wire weld positions being set within the frame. On completion of the welding cycle the welded frame is then fed out and placed on a stack and the next frame is fed into the weld station. The machine can be incorporated into a cell type environment with the frames being formed and welded on one of our ultimat umw models and then the completed frame is transferred into the magazine of the ucw using our FUS frame unloading system.
